Working with Nathaniel and Laura on transferring my personal set of cassette tapes to an MP3 file was an absolutely delightful experience! The sound quality on the MP3 file is significantly better than the original – I love it!
And, Nathaniel took time to caringly walk me through the confusion I had over downloading the file to my computer.
