Always use a method of shipment which allows for a TRACKING NUMBER and SIGNATURE REQUIRED for your package. We have enjoyed an excellent, 100% track-record this way (for 17 years, now!)
We encourage you to mail your order in a well sealed box.
For larger orders, if you ask the post office for their free box referred to as a "Priority Mail - Large Flat-Rate box", you can ship quite a bit of heavy film at an economical rate.
If you pack up your shipped goods while at the Post Office, it's a good idea to bring some extra padding material and sealing tape along! In addition to the USPS, shipping via FedEx, UPS and others also works well.
